You may be right about AMZN. I was talking generally about the nets. We have a little AMZN in our LT portfolio and we did buy at 148 or 150. But meanwhile I've traded it a few times in my portfolio....and LT is LT ! Can't have a short view on LT investments ! Everything is not to be daytraded, thats why the reasons for accumulating and holding stocks should be clear in one's mind. Whereas a drop of $2 in certain stocks drives me nutty, a $100 drop in others is taken in the stride....
