GB, looks like Orex does not have exclusive rights to the HGP. This is from the Haber URL: July 6, 1999 HABER, INC. IS SEEKING MORE LICENSEES FOR ITS HABER GOLD PROCESS TOWACO, NJ --(BUSINESS WIRE)-July 6, 1999-Haber, Inc. (www.haberscience.com) has announced it has issued a non-exclusive license with Orex Gold Mines, Inc. to use the Haber Gold Process (HGP). This corrects an error made by a public relations firm that issued a release June 7, 1999, for Orex (www.orexgold.com) indicating that they have an exclusive license. Haber is seeking other mining companies that are interested in licensing or forming joint ventures to use the Haber Gold Process. Haber is currently in discussions with various mines.
