>>> How do you propose to do better? <<<

I don't just propose, I do it. But sorry, these are very high risk OTC BB stocks. It's hard work. My Morgan Stanley broker won't touch these. I take my own risks online.

<<I would like to see those stocks too. Especially since 75% of the funds managers failed to match the S&P 500. How do you propose to do better?>>

If you play pennies you know that you can make way way more than 200%. I've hit only two in the past two years for those kinds of returns, and I've painfully watched many, many others make incredible gains. Below are just a tiny number of examples. Check out their historical price charts. I can only give guestimates from memory. By the way I stand by my seemingly nutcase prediction that SYCD has the potential to be a $20 stock itself.

DGIV- $.25 low to $8.00 high (one of mine)
TNRG- $.02 low to $1.00 high (one of mine)
GMCH- $.015 low to $.70 high
WOOD- $.03 low to $.35 high
JNNE- $.05 low to $.70 high
AAFG- $.03 low to $.60 high
CHES- $.003 low to $.15 high
LOCH- $.02 low to $.22 high (most recent example)
KIDE- $2.00 low to $47.00 and running. (The Pokemon stock)

There are tons and tons more examples. Many of the above stocks I consider to be junk pennies. When the SEC rules change for OTC stocks, many of these low prices pennies will disappear into the pink sheets. I thus am only looking for quality pennies that I believe will file their financials and meet the SEC requirements. In any case why settle for 20% per year returns (during incredible bull markets) when you can make much much more very selectively buying penny stocks?
