pat, the fundamental question here I think is why NN is steadily moving up, at 2X average volume, when
-take over rumors have subsided
-jitters present, Re: will they make eps?
-on a falling market
-interest rate jitters

What does the market know that we don't?

Pat - as you know I have been long NN for many years now. These days, however, present a tremendous opportunity to trade as the tug-of-war between bulls and bears is amazing. I personally have no problem getting "stuck" with more shares than I already have if my morning purchases are not taken out. But even today I did very well. I suspect this range won't last much longer. Either we go down with bad news or up with good earnings. Time will tell. All the best! Rob
