h60: i think the problems with idtc shares today is that people don't understand that there's an IDT without N2P. this is not a tiny company releasing a .com to raise its own shares. the co. was able to raise lots of cash and has no more of n2p expense to worry about. this is a relief since that part was taken centerfold as it was leading to its ipo. idt is now idt and people have to get over it. i don't care what's going on with n2p now. i don't buy pure interent stocks. stock is at 16 11/16. 4 minutes to close.

I just confirmed that with Brainsen. If the market does not assign the proper valuation to idtc. The company will take whatever steps are necessary including distrbution of shares to correct the deficiency.

hawaii, the market will reward IDTC its proper valuation when they increase sales, increase margins, and under promise and overperform. Failure to do this will keep IDTC wallowing in the teens. You need to stress this with Brainsen <SP?>. Always beat your number by a penny or two, and underpromise and overperform.

If they can do this, with their exploding revenues, we will take off, NTOP or no NTOP. Note that it's going to take a quarter or two to win back wall street's respect. Still, we will certainly level off and start ascending (albeit slowly) if we can have a good quarter.

"If the market does not assign the proper valuation to idtc. "

Did you get an indication of how long they would sit on their hands?
