Beats me Roebear. That's about two steps beyond my thinking capacity today.

Looks like some buying interest in RIG.

And PKD held up quite well today with earnings out. This is one to start putting in the cookie jar...one day this year we will wake up and it will be $5+.

I sold enough FGI to buy 3500 HLX. What the hell, more shares for the same bucks. Like the Dog says, its a done deal.

Note: To your question. If you think arbitrage will drive FGI down, the reverse should be true for HLX, thus, a wash......FWIW
