This is an interesting development. If things keep up, Sobel will be less likely to trade those NTOP shares in for IDTC shares. Considering NTOP is not a tracking stock, we are more likely to see internet valuations come into NTOP's price. Of course this will be driven by high revenue growth which will come when IQC, Netscape, and Yahoo! streams kick in. Some on this thread would like everybody to believe that isn't going to happen, but the framework is in place, its just a matter of time.
