What did happen to Mr. Dickerson? Went back through the PR's and no mention of him leaving. After going through that 10SB I was a little disappointed at the lack of information. Since ComTech is absorbing companies with cash instead of stock, I was hopping to see a little more information then an entry that starts "Excess of cost over net assets of businesses acquired..." which to me was a little ambiguous. In the July 28 PR Mr. Fields comments that they have added operations that generate over $4 million dollars in revenue during fiscal 1998 while not issuing one share of stock A little more amplification on this would have been nice.

Oh well, they are a growing company, that's the bottom line and that was in there.
