John, I suggest you send the email again, plus we all send in mail or call to get some answers. You are right about the dilution, but the warrants will only be exercised if the stock trades higher. I believe that the warrant option being priced at $1.29 is the telltale factor that the company need to offer significant incentive to get people to invest. Normally the warrant would be exercisable at a higher price than the stock, but given a longer period before it expires. I do not have the PR in front of me, but from memory the warrants expire this September or October. Thinking out loud this indicates that someone expects the price to be higher in that timeframe, but then don't we all.
