Media One / AT&T Games:

This is a letter I got hold of that is being sent to Media One customers:

Dear MediaOne Road Runner Customer,

Recently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Office of Plans
and Policy published a report which states that the Internet should
remain regulation-free. MediaOne agrees with the FCC and believes that
local, state and federal governments should NOT regulate the competitive
Internet market.

If you also agree that local, state and federal governments should
refrain from passing laws and ordinances that will stifle Internet
service competition at the expense of consumers, please click on the
link below and sign a petition to support an Internet free of government
regulation.

Thank you for your support!

Yes, of course. I would love to See AOL pop up to the 90s again then fail back down test 85 or so hang tough, then base, have positive news come out while the general market tone has improve, and move higher on the news, or have negative news come out and have the stock not react at all, then the selling would really be over with. Nothing worse then having a stock go down on a positive news.

Nothing worse then having a stock go down on a positive news, like AOL has been doing. When the above happens, the market is telling me the story is out, it's not fresh anymore, the promise is priced in. Right now it's the market tone and lack of broadband cable deals, however misplaced it is, causing AOL to go down. We need one of the two to right itself. Heck we might need both!
