Mark <Strong global growth is driving up both rates and earnings expectations which has induced the Fed. to raise the rate .25... Rotation from bonds to stocks, then from growth to value and most recently from big caps into Med. and small caps both value and growth mixture ... diversify...>

Aside from gold which is an international currency play, diversify into what? His point is that the whole market is going down. And there is certainly no rotation going on from bonds to stocks -- that is for sure. Small caps in an illiquid market? That seems nuts to me. The rotation is not into small stocks or stocks at all -- it is into the euro and the yen and financial assets denominated in these currencies. The rest is just rearranging the deck chairs on a sinking ship. The nets just happen to be taking the worst of it -- not a big surprise.
