H&Q still doesn't get it.

According to story in today's SD U-T, "H&Q misinterpreted Motorola's statements during the (analysts day) meeting and disseminated the belief that Motorola has 'engineered' a way around having to pay Qualcomm royalties."

An anonymous analyst said M was "trying to seed innuendo to screw Qualcomm. Also interesting: M "was vague on exactly what they ould sell and to whom they would sell it", despite given the opportunity to clarify.
