Common sense tells me that IJNT is in no way, shape or form paying $37 million to Nortel without a $hitload of business being generated and I wouldn't be surprised to see a major joint venture with IJNT/Nortel or maybe even a spinoff. Nortel is probably making a sizeable investment in IJNT which will pay off in a big way. Remember that Nortel is the "high tech killer" in world wide telecommunications. They don't get much bigger!

I saw somewhere that IJNT and Nortel were co-presenting to some Technology Show for the investment community. There is much more than initially meets the eye. The big euro deals have been alluded to in recent IJNT news releases.

I also expect IJNT to be applying for Nasdaq listing real soon. They meet all the criteria and the business with Nortel won't hurt either :)

Also - the initial walkdown on IJNT today happened on about 40K shares. I will be watching the pendelum swing tomorrow.
