When doing biz out there, and having all prices agreed, the buyer (the Eastern part) will ask: "Now what can you do for my business" - This is the question that the seller was expecting, thus having the compensation to the buying party build into the price. Bottomline in this case - The HK office will be paid by a part of the price, thus the entry price in US may be higher. (not necessarily as SK may not have had the special "eastern skill" earlier. Could very well be that SK got to establish the office at almost no cost. As Saliim may have been able to get better pricing that SK did earlier. The story in this news release is very much in compliance with my knowledge about trade out there. Kr Jens
