I doubt that SEC would _make_ them do such a thing. However, it says something about how insiders feel about their company.
OTOH, t can be argued that the top brass has been selling their vested options even wehn AOL was @ $20 a share(split adjusted). Therefore their desire to "diversify" is nothing new, and too much should not be read into the latest bout of selling. Ofcourse, this could also have meant that the management has not had faith in the ability since a long time...
