The IPO price on ARBA was 23, it started trading at 61, close at 90 the first day. But the important thing in Fibonacci sequence is the trend high, which was 138.0625.

This was a 115.0625 points move (from 23 to 138.0625). A 23.6% retracement of this move means 26.46 points off the top, hence 111.91. Following this logic, a 38.2% retracement would be 94.11, a 50%'er would be 80.53, and a 61.8% one would send the stock to 66.95. To built the bullish projections, use 123.6%, 138.2%, etc...

I, too am a fundemental investor. But I trade in my business with the aid of this and numerous other technical indicators and systems.

Hope this helps.

Patsy
