After all the problems and complaints the first of this month, I thought it was appropriate to state that since that time I have not had ANY problems with the Watley service.

Your systems have been reliable and fast, and your customer service people (especially Brian), have been courteous and helpful.

New Upgrade: On the recently available upgrade to the Watley software, does anyone know what the new "Favorite" icon is for, and how to use it?
