Ralphie is a paying client of justatherapist.com and he has told me in confidence during one of our sessions that he makes it up as he goes along. Imagine that. BTW, justatherapist.com is rumored to be bought out by Dr. Koop. Spread the word because I need a premium price to get out of this gig. One more session with Ralphie and my head will spin off!! Today he tells me he wants a discount because he referred Favors to me. Good grief, I should double his rate for that one. I can't get Favors to shut up for plus or minus one second.
