<As far as a contaminate goes, Copper Sulfate (generally a liquid) scares the hell out of front end fab folks. A little of that in any of the front end preclean tanks can ruin your day, to put it mildly.> PB I would figure that contaminates in the air are nastier than in a tank. But of course, all I know about FABs is that they all look like the red brick building on the corner of TV Hwy and 192nd street in Aloha thanks to the wildly successful "copy exactly" technique. Kap
