Ooooh- are you going to kill CH with the OED? I would love to watch. I might pick up some pointers for getting rid of James.

Then why the hell do you attack every time I make a typo?

Because I'm trying to make you happy. You live for being attacked. If you weren't attacked, you would be miserable. And we both know it.

I agree. That's the tragedy of it -- that companies (and governments) have to do it but they have to lie about it because people are unable to deal with the truth.

Hmmm. I sense the discussion X and I were having creeping in here. There are certain truths that juries are unwilling to hear. Don't you agree, X? Or don't you do tort law? And if you do do tort law, don't you try to draw on myths that benefit your side during the trial? (The big bad impersonal company, or the innocent victim, etc.) If you don't, you disregard the path taken with great success by virtually all big league tort lawyers.
