If this company is indeed above board, I see NO reason why Paul Henry should not be able to explain today's filing. He is the Investor relations head isn't he??? Looking forward to your report and seeing evidence of actual execution. Thanks in advance for taking the time to visit TSIG.com.....

Here is what I understood Henry to tell me a few minutes ago. I'm using round numbers. The TA says 132m. The issued and outstanding is 123m. That includes most to all of the first 50m set aside for the first PP. There are 9m escrowed. The 41m just filed is on top of the 123m. It was filed for the max use just in case. Maybe 10m would be used, probably less. The rest retired contingent on the new financing approval. My guess is it looks like we still top out around 160m including the new PP.
