Donkeyguy, anybody who has looked at a bond chart lately knows that bonds are in a helatious downtrend.

that creates a big competition for investor $, when people can get a decent rate return on bank money at no risk.

why should people take such big risks on 50-500 or no p/e stocks when they can get a decent guaranteed return.

internet stocks need a low rate environment and a bull market, that's why they are crapping out along with the brokers that are anticipating a leaner cow.

From a t/a perspective AOL may have put in a ST bottom here, looking at the volume, but i would use this rally if it happens as a bear market rally, just like the one off 6/15.
