Bobby, just looked at your XAL and RUT charts, which tell quite a story i believe. since the RUT has traced out a clear rising wedge pattern without even reaching new highs, it looks very much like a large scale bear market rally. interestingly it topped at the same time as the NYSE a/d line. Prechter says the relative strength cycles of the small caps have recently bottomed, so they should be a good post correction bet. we'll see...
