Frankly, jd, I just don't see a lot of downside from here, although you may be right and it may drop as low as 77. Regardless, however, I view MSFT as one of the few safe bets left in the Market, while maintaining the significant upside potential if the Market takes off.

I will put more $$$ to work in MSFT before this week is over, now its just a matter of timing :-)
