GNET touched $90 ( pre-split ) but never fell below $90 during lastest net stock correction between late May and early June. That is a strong indication. I still believe PA wants to get GNET shares he did not get through tender offer. Since Paul Allen withdrew his offer on Apr. 15, cement floor is gone, but the mental floor is always there. You will see strong support @45, hopefully, PA has placed a large limit buy order there. I also think GNET execs who have sold shares to PA @45 should get back in if, I mean big "IF" it dips below $45 threshold ( I consider it highly unlikely ). According to CNBC, Russell now owns 2.83M GNET shares out of total 42M shares outstanding, around 7.3% of the company. I mean that is very very low percentage ownership considering he is the principal founder ( of two founders, John owns considerably less share of GNET ) of the company, look at other net companies: Yang, Filo of YHOO, Jay Walker of PCLN, Bezos of AMZN, Omydiar(sp?) of EBAY. Even our dearest Paul Allen, after having sold many billions dollar worth of MSFT shares, he still has 8%. I also noticed that GNET now has 500M shares authorized, which means it could further dilute Russell's holding percentage. C'mon, Russell, it is time for you to catch up. Do THE thing like Cuban of BCST did, put the real money on the line as we shareholders do. You really don't want to buy $100M waterfront house here in Medina to challenge Bill G, do you? It is said that low percentage ownership by execs means there is little incentive for them to work harder. GNET execs, please prove it wrong. Thanks! I have NOT sold a single share of my GNET.
