* AOL seems to be in a face off with MSFT, and the Gorilla usually kills the King

Frank,

I'd bet on AOL when it comes to this particular gorilla and king. First, Softie has been notoriously wrong and ineffective with their Internet initiatives, not to mention that they might have been the last major tech to have an Internet initiative. Second, Softie already lost big-time to AOL in the battle of online content. Third, Microsoft's reputation is that their products are complex, difficult to use while AOL's reputation is that their service is easy to use, very simple for novices.
