<<The bond holders have the right to convert their bond-holdings to Amzn shares at $156 per share at ANYTIME. >>

What holder would EVER want to convert into AMZN shares?????????

If they wanted shares they would just buy them. Instead they want to get paid the interest and short the stock. It is a sweet play. They make a killing if the stock tanks. The convert has a floor, but the common doesn't.

This is the same crowd who made a killing on the BOST converts as it sank into oblivion.
