It's not a separate thread, because it can only be accessed through the Home thread. In other words, to get to the Dell Clubhouse, you have to go to the Dell Thread. If a thread has a Clubhouse, you will find it listed in the line -- "Related subjects" -- that comes immediately after the thread title, and before the thread header. Click on it -- and you will be there.

Clubhouses can include any kind of material that posters to that particular thread have decided should be put in there. It is usually reference material, I think, but it does not have to be. I have already told you what our thread uses the Clubhouse for. A Dell Clubhouse, for example, might store annual and quarterly reports, for easy reference. If you post the reports on the thread itself, they would soon get lost in the shuffle. Or the Clubhouse could be used for archiving important relevant articles. Or whatever.

On the other hand, Caroline, some threads (including the Dell thread) have evidently used their Clubhouses as garbage dumps.

Note the following:

How about starting a TSIG clubhouse similar to the DELL thread:
techstocks.com
That way it's still on the main thread and posters can let off steam or get silly in the "clubhouse".

In my opinion, that's a waste of good storage space. But, hey, it's a free country! :-)
