**OT** are you hiring anyone at Zaccardi photographic BMFM- On a day like today, I'm damned happy to have my chump change business! I just said to my assistant yesterday that we need another person, but we're way too busy to train one! How fast can you print? What kind of Photoshop skills do you have? Do you completely lose it with a client when you have to explain for the umpteenth time that its ok to send a digital file to their client, that we don't have to put it on film first, that digital is what they need? Also, can you handle being asked by someone whose dayrate is twenty times what you make, "What kind of film should I use here?" LOL My dream is to sell off the business within two years and go back to making Art full time. The dream just hit a small speed bump today.
