Bruce, MTIC IL construction keys off the ACT (the most valid ACT being the oldest ACT...one that precedes the run) from 4/6 to 4/26. Two possible T2s show that MTIC is a violator with downside pegged to the ACT that any reaonable IL/ACT construction should be attached to. The ACT is currently at 8 3/4. Lots of violators out there...lots of room to drop to most ACTs. Lots of market volatility lies within the near term. Lots of buying opportunities are in the wings while the 233, 21, 34 stochastics on the S&P still show no sell signal. No big money has stepped aside...yet. Doug R
