Jr...I don't like preferred, conv preferred, debentures, sizeable number of wts or options, contingencies, legals, high debt levels or egregious interest rates on debt. I prefer a clean sheet. Unfortunately, these small companies have to scramble some times to keep the doors open till their ship comes in, and even at that point it is an enemy sub that blows them out of the water. When I published a newsletter on micro caps I had an ideal profile for these companies and a list of red flags, most of which are listed above. So in a long anser to your question I don't like it and wish it wasn't there but it is so we factor that in to our deliberations. gpg
