Not only would the Masks be up in the air, but also the resists, the process tools and the processes to make chips at sub 0.10æ minimum feature sizes.

IMO, it's a little premature to start worrying about CYMI's health because of NGT. I'd expect Komatsu or LP to take share first.

And we both know how much share they have. and how much they're likely to get. :-)
