Good Morning Brain, Hi and how are things?? Yes I agree that the market is way over sold. The month of August has over the past four years been a very bad period for the market and fears of higher interest rates and Y2k is not helping either. There are many who think that selling in the late spring and buying back in September is much easier than watching the nerve wracking events during the summer. I do not like trying to time the market but true it is hard to watch your profits fade during the down times. Best Wishes Frank
