announced plans to raise up to $175 million in an initial public
offering. The company, which dubs itself an 'integrated media
and entertainment company' rang up an impressive $251
million in sales last year and earned $50 million in net income.
Chairman Vince McMahon and his wife Linda currently own
100% of the company.
