Greg,
OK, your point is crystal clear now. That might also explain why the very favorable price spread. I also noticed CPQ price swing was enough that day that some one could have stepped into the position.

I have done this several times, but it took days or weeks to do it. I did it using calls. The profit turned out not to be worth the risk. One or two positions not working out would zero out my profit for the year.
