WSTL is getting to that attractive level again. ($7.00) Notice off the $3.90 low early this year we have been having higher lows each time down. Except for that wierd day in April, where it reached
$11 1/8, WSTL has actually made higher highs. First $8 ish capped rallies, now $9 1/2 caps rallies. This is generally positive price action. And the outstanding short position is large enough to provide
a big bid when positive news comes out. Fundamentally, we are at the point of consumer-interface with DSL technology. It seems to be gaining wide acceptance, especially as the cable modems can't expand fast enough to keep up with demand. AT HOme has a 3 month wait time for access in NYC - midtown. (Available in Dec. according to the company's sales dept.) In suburban Phoenix it is a 6 month wait.

DSL is moving in during this window of opportunity. That is why Bell
Atlantic is doubling their purchases. They may have to quadruple
their purchases.

The 56 K is going the way of the 28.8 modem of 1996. Trading at 3x sales for a tech firm when the SP500 is averaging 3x sales is relatively cheap.

Bottom line? Waiting for $7.00 entry point.
