The new SI says the market cap is $1.27 Bil based on 25.94 m shares outstanding, and the old SI says the market cap is $2.02 Bil based on a close of $49.125, and therefore, about 41.1 m shares outstanding. How many are outstanding now, and what is the best way to keep up on this, considering acquisitions mid-quarter, option exercises, etc. Most recent SEC filings do not have the latest shares outst. like a 10-Q would.

<Right now the stock has nothing to do with fundamentals. The internet
sector is getting absolutely crushed and will take GNET right along with it. People are
selling in August just because everybody else is saying that they're selling. It is becoming
fashionable to sell in August. Hoping 45 holds. >

It's called momentum. Many of us rode the momentum up. And now, well, you know.... ;(

Remember in this kind of market it's always the safe thing to say. It's going lower, because when it go's up were all happy and forget who said it.<g> We have now heard 50,45,35, .. I suspect it won't be to long before we will double one of those numbers.
