Curtis,

People are selling because they don't want to be here at the same level 12 months from now. And at this point, they see no reason why the stock price won't be at .30 on August 4th, 2000.

The ball has been in the company court for a while and nothing seems to be happening to generate some interest in TCT within the market.

Good product, good management, good company but very unhappy shareholders.

Could be an ugly AGM coming up.
