Today he posted identical messages on 4 different threads.
Since that fits the definition that Bob has posted, I submitted it for his perusal. If he
says it's not spam, then it isn't spam.

Bob has stated that more than three posts of the same message is spam.

Is he changing the rules for certain posters?

I have a repeat nominee that believes he can beat the spambot by inserting other posts between the spam posts.

Time will tell.

Bob is probably off today.

We will see what happens tomorrow.
