Brightstar...I have spoken to two people in senior mgmt recently. I posed the same question to each regarding reverse. They both stated a reverse was not under consideration (at least at the time) and that protecting existing shareholder's interests was very important to the company. Many stockholders have been in this company a long time and have been very supportive of mgmt's efforts to get the company into the black with solid contracts and strong alliances. They think they are very close on both counts and from what I have been able to discern I tend to agree. There is quite a bit of activity on different fronts bubbling beneath the surface here and some of it was alluded to in the conf call a few weeks ago...my impression is that we would see some positive results soon. That said anything can and does happen with microcaps in general. Most companies situations are, let;s say...fluid<g>. Financing is always a moving target. I think it would benefit all concerned to get the matter handled in whatever form it takes and the sooner the the better. I also think they have a couple of surprises (good surprises) coming along here somewhere but I realize that is vague and leading. I hope we hear something soon. gpg
