You raise an interesting point, Ron. The point of forex equilibrium. Where should the yen be now? If the yen goes up so goes up the mutual funds expressed in US $. But so do the prices charged by the Japanese mulltinationals. Or at least their gross margins may be tapering. Has anyone a coherent answer? I suspect that this has all been discussed before. We are just playthings for the gods.

Nevertheless, this particular plaything believes that Japan is about to enter a new growth phase - before declining into a has been.
