I haven't seen the AMD design point but doubt it is as good.

Intel is just an all round smarter company. The PIII architecture is far superior to K7, and there is every reason to believe that their process technology is better too.

It looks. And how dare some people are talking about
750MHz! How silly they are:) :) :) However,
ss you might know from Elmer (to whom no evidences
were delivered), all these are just foils.
Projected foils. Projections can be optimistic,
you know. They also can be conservative :)

Why do you think that this is correct? My best
pal Engel told us about 2.5V, and process "expert"
Yousef agrees that this would be in line with
K6 failures. Right?

As Ph.D and process expert Yousef has told
us on MANY occasions, there is no such thing
as microarchitecture, process is everything.
Right?
