Really? I don't think the DOJ has this same perception...or AOL, or SUNW, or NSCP, etc. etc.. Why is it just you?

MSFT's Windows CE is known, proven and an accepted flop

I would qualify that. It may be too heavyweight for PALM application (right now)...which of course could change with StrongArm (Intel's new processor), but I would not consider CE a flop given that it is doing quite well in broadband endpoints. The did get the AT&T/TCI cable deal that alone will be worth a full year of COMS revenues.
