THREAD ALERT -- Fatt Matt's analysis report of ECNC should be up on his web site later today or this evening. He is a bit behind right now. I have NOT seen it and its driving me nuts. Expect good and bad to be laid out objectively. Upside is he definitely likes our company so we are not CRAZY to love it ourselves. www.clubfatt.com Look under reports and scroll to the bottom. Hello Dai Thanks for the responce. As to the transfer it has to my knowledge not been done as of yet. I conference called with my broker (brother) and Tom Jarvis, who from what I understand is the lawyer involved with the legal aspects of the transfer. According to him the stock does not have to be out of street name, (which just means it can remain at the brokers office) as long as the purchase was on record before the annouced dates specified which they were. I have yet to recieve any confirmation of this fact yet, but do not expect to until later this month. I am hoping that there will be no screw-ups but if there are it will probably shorten my position with the company somewhat. I am planning on calling Tom Jarvis tofday with my broker just to see how things are progressing, and to see if I can tweak any info (if he knows any) out of him. He is a cool guy and me and my brother kind of bonded with him. All Jewish guys who married catholic girls, , moved from an original location to another, all golfers and so on, so he might talk a little. Any way I babble. If I find out anything that I can repeat I surely will let everyone hear know. I also have my fingers crossed because yesterday was not a good trading day for us (me) and I sure could use to see some more black numbers in my portfolio. LATER WAXMAN
