Willaim <They're buying> actually they selling -- to the point where Japan was forced to sell yen equal to $30 billion US to try to stop the bleeding and finally gave up to trying to defend the dollar against an overwhelming onslaught of sellers -- preferring to wait for a lower level where they have some chance to slow the fall. This is not to even mention Europe which appears to be outpacing Japan in selling the dollar.
