It just came out. They've kept it fairly secret while they developed the site and launched. It was really based on the what Travelzoo did last summer where they gave free stock for registering with their site. But they didn't do it legally per the SEC, which doesn't allow "free" stock, it has to be exchanged for something of value (your eyeballs and referrals in the MyOwnEmpire case), and Travelzoo didn't do the required information disclosures and filings required by a public company. The MOE guys figured out how to do it all legally. Plus, it is a nice portal site to boot. Rman
