Joe,

I called the same guy yesterday after I had read the post. He did remember speaking with Patsy and was surprised that the information made it onto the boards.

He stated that the theory of the leveraged buyout was Patsy's idea not his. He merely stated that it was possible.

He also said it was possible that someone did have a buy order out there, but he had no first hand knowledge. He definitely did not know what brokerage house was handling the transaction.

He stated that with the large trading going on the last two days, a lot of things are possible.

Joe,

I just spoke with Consolidated Capital and they have confirmed that a brokerage house out of NY has contacted them. There is a group trying to buy up the float and, of course, the company.

I am back in with my original shares and then some. Buckle Up, because we are going to the moon!!
