No, I don't think that I have read that one, actually....I do not share Cooke's enthusiasm for Hemingway, but I like the parody, and it is sounds like the era when MacDonald's opened in Piccadilly Circus...I don't know if you have seen this, but you might find it interesting, especially if you have followed the discussion of how to teach history...
