AJ - If you want to think that Canada and Mexico have the same level of official corruption then we're so far apart that we can't debate.

PS - I'm not denigrating third world countries or their citizens. I am however apalled by the treatment that the ruling classes dole out to the masses in these countries.

Given your worldly experience as a holder and vendor of diamond claims in the FALC, as a traveler to SA, and as a self proclaimed expert on the use of corruption, would you kindly explain the rumored presence of diamonds in the Falc with a signature characteristic of Brazilian alluvial diamonds?
