Terry, I was tweaked back into a skimming of this thread by your whatever-you-call-it about ME, THE TREE - a most trivial pursuit. At one spot, I notice you refer Edwarda to your contributions of two years ago. Let me join in on that line. I used to believe you had width, breadth and dexterity that were unfortunately offset by a manic, simpleton side where you turned to prattle when on the defensive. Your scope was admirable at the one end. And your drivel was embarrassing at the other. Now, with this brief interlude of recent posts, I find you have evened out, have lost both your interesting and disturbing edges. You now seem to be grasping - almost compulsively. A pity. Are you under medication? Did you go through some severe psychological experiment that seems to have failed? Wonderful Steven seems to have tired of the increased quantity and decreased quality of recent postings. Poor Edwarda is holding up bravely, and proudly. Del is vilified by you. The Michael's appear to continue to lap along with their usual superficiality - mirroring the level to which you have descended. Is there hope that, if you tried to digest and then edit your material, you might come about? Or has the change, the rot-out, become permanent? I feel I am sort of at a wake for one who used to be.
